Most of us live busy and complicated lives. We may feel overwhelmed and exhausted. Nonetheless, we often don’t take the time to really explore what is happening or seek a safe place in which we can focus on our mental health. Therapy provides the opportunity to do exactly this while receiving the guidance of a professional who has our best interests in mind. I truly believe that each of us has the potential to live highly satisfying and healthy lives. But this requires that we explore who we are at heart, and what we need from and can contribute to life. We also often need to learn new skills for managing life’s challenges. If we have been burdened with an unhappy childhood, experienced trauma, struggled in unhealthy relationships or feel stuck in grief, this process can be especially difficult. Together, in therapy, we can work on making changes and identifying how best to move forward. I work with depression, anxiety, trauma as well as other challenges to mental health. I am particularly interested in spirituality as a resource as well as helping you to identify the strengths you already possess that can be used to help you solve life’s problems and to grow. All are welcome.
