I am a graduate student in the Clinical and Counseling Psychology program at Chestnut Hill College and I am projected to graduate May 2026. I’m academically trained in psychotherapy with a focus on trauma, but I also have experience with CBT, Reality Therapy and Somatic Experiencing. Prior to my internship with Pocono Counseling Associates, I provided counseling services in a correctional facility and have worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at a dual diagnosis partial program.
I believe therapy is a road that client and therapist walk together and the first step is establishing authenticity and trust on both sides. I invite you to remain open, ask questions and be active in your healing. Progress is supported by the therapeutic partnership and I hope to speak with you soon.
