My philosophy is rooted in the idea that we all have an innate, special capacity for growth when provided with the right conditions. I seek to create a gentle, peaceful, and authentic space that honors the whole person, not just the challenges they face. I view our work together as a collaborative partnership, where a soft and non-judgmental atmosphere allows for a natural exploration of your innermost thoughts and feelings.
My goal is to help you cultivate a deeper understanding of your internal landscape, providing the clarity needed to build a life that feels more aligned, healthy, and authentic to who you truly are. I believe that healing is found in the pursuit of wholeness—finding a sense of steady balance between the mind, the body, and the world around us.
I am a graduate Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Marywood University, projected to graduate in August 2026. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Counseling and a certificate in Crisis Intervention from East Stroudsburg University. I have experience working as a BHT for an IOP/PHP substance use and mental health treatment facility, as well as working as a counselor in a university counseling setting. I work primarily with adolescents and adults.
As a clinician I have a holistic, person-centered and strength-based approach to counseling. I also utilize theoretical approaches adapted to the specific needs of the client, such as CBT and Gestalt therapy.
I hold a deep reverence for the trust required to begin this process, and I do not take the privilege of walking alongside you in your journey for granted—I look forward to working with you!
